As Vice President of IT Architecture, I collaborated with executive leadership to develop and execute our long-term digital transformation strategy. I led the transition to Microsoft Azure as our Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform and worked cross-functionally to deploy a managed Wi-Fi solution across the enterprise. In alignment with our modernization goals, I collaborated with the Infrastructure Team to standardize Meraki technology across all company properties.
I designed and maintained the network architecture for over 300 multi-family properties, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity across the entire network. By aligning technology initiatives with strategic business outcomes, I accelerated our digital evolution while supporting core operations.
My responsibilities included leading network infrastructure projects on tight timelines and budgets, implementing cybersecurity protocols in partnership with security teams, and managing vendors through the full lifecycle—from procurement to support. I continuously monitored and analyzed network performance to enhance reliability and efficiency.
